Order and Payment
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or by Paypal.
We will aim to create your order within 48 hours of receiving it. Each order is personally and lovingly hand crafted and packaged.
If you require something special that is not listed on our website please contact us at email@example.com and we will be more than willing to try and fulfil your request.
Postage and Packaging
As we hand craft each order personally please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your order. If your order is urgent please mention this in the notes section of the checkout and we will endeavour to prioritise your order.

We advise customers to select recorded delivery for anything other than sample orders so ensure your order arrives safely as we cannot be held responsible for orders lost in the post.
Please be aware that because we gift package the majority of our orders they might not fit through your letter box and you may have to collect them from the post office.
International Orders? - Yes, we love shipping to exotic locations!
Simply select either 'Europe' or the 'Rest of the World' in the shipping options.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These and any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Elemental Beauty Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the post office, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we may make a charge to cover our costs in sending these goods out to you. You may also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be re-delivered.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the post office has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the local sorting office.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to 7 working days.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on email@example.com within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. We will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
Please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org describing the faults or damage and which items are affected, we will then issue you with a returns number and an address to send the goods back to us.
Elemental Beauty is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We advise customers to use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit.
There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 4 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We regret that due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns on faulty items.
Cancellation of Orders:
If you wish to cancel before we have shipped your order, you must do so by email to email@example.com. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
We regret that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
